FAQs
Are there any Cynthia Wilson site constraints that affect the design?
The land has significant slopes and hills that need to be considered in the design. There are several trees spread across the site, and important utilities like water and power lines run underground. The site is also next to areas where koalas live and travel, which means we need to be careful to protect their habitat and movement corridors.
The Cynthia Wilson Drive site is near koala habitats, how has this been considered?
The project team is consulting with the Friends of the Koala group and an ecologist will be engaged to identify any potential impacts to koalas and other fauna.
The development will respond to requirements of the Comprehensive Koala Plan of Management for South-east Lismore and relevant conditions of consent.
